When I know I’m going to have a crazy week, I go straight for the neutral palettes. They’re easy to work with and I can slap them on my face without much time or effort, especially if they are the shimmery types.
The Too Faced Natural Eyes Neutral Eye Shadow Collection is the perfect combination of matte and shimmer in golds, browns, pinks, and nudes. It comes in a cute little lace-printed metal case with a mirror, magnetic closure, and 9 different shades to choose from. It’s available at Sephora for $36.00.
This is, apparently, the second version of this palette to come out. It has most of the same shades, but a few have been swapped out for what I can only assume are better shadows.
Heaven-A creamy, matte off-white.
Cashmere Bunny-A cool, matte taupe.
Sexspresso-A cool, matte, dark brown.
Silky Teddy-A shimmery beige with a hint of pink.
Push-Up-A shimmery, coppery tan.
Erotica-A shimmery, ashy, cool brown.
Nudie-A warm, matte tan.
Honey Pot-A shimmery gold.
Chocolate Martini-A warm, shimmery, chocolate brown with gold sparkle.
Here are a few looks I’ve done with the Too Faced Natural Eyes Neutral Eye Shadow Collection:
After my recent experience with the Too Faced Pretty Rebel Eye Shadow Palette, my standards for Too Faced products were running pretty high. I felt that Cashmere Bunny, Pushup, Honey Pot, and Chocolate Martini met those same standards, but the rest weren’t near as buttery and smooth. That doesn’t make them anywhere near unbearable, though. They are all great to work with. It’s a nice little go-to palette for daily wear, and probably great for travel considering the size of the case.
