NARS Satin Lip Pencil in Hyde Park Review

For Christmas last year, my husband gave me the NARS Digital World Lip Pencil Coffret (saving that for another post), a collection of NARS matte and satin lip pencils. It was my first time trying any of the NARS lip pencils. At the time I was lip pencil crazy and needed to try all of them, so it was a good starter set. While the mattes in that collection were very drying on me and gave me granny lips, I fell in love with the satin pencils. Lipstick Queen Three to Captivate Review

Over the past couple of months, I have had a relatively unhealthy obsession with lip crayons. I am lazy and they are a step above tinted lip balm, but not as much upkeep as a lipstick. And then I decided that $22 was worth putting my curiosity to rest. Continue Reading

Urban Decay Full Frontal Lipstick Stash Review

After my extremely positive experience trying Urban Decay’s Revolution Lipstick in Venom, I spent some time swatching other colors at Ulta because their lipsticks seemed very promising and I wanted to try more. Once all of the holiday gift sets start appearing, I knew exactly what I needed to do. Continue Reading

Lipstick Queen Endless Summer Collection Review

About a month ago, I invested in a lipstick set by Lipstick Queen. While they turned out to not exactly be my favorite colors of all time, they were EXACTLY what I wanted in a lipstick. They were moisturizing, sheer, not sticky, and didn’t settle into the lines in my lips at all. They also weren’t lipstick flavored, or any other flavor. My dreams had finally come true. I found a lipstick that wasn’t like a lipstick. My tinted lip balm days are over! Continue Reading
